The new showroom and offices on 490 m2 were realized within 3 months construction time in the existing building Polypex. It was important for us to reflect the brand in the design itself. Polypex is the inventor of acrylic bathtubs, which are manufactured using a thermoforming process and reinforced with a GRP shell.

This prompted us to implement the GRP theme in the space with the Heradesign Acoustics ceiling and in the railing of the ramp leading to the main entrance. Otherwise, the showroom is divided into several zones that merge into one another. Thus, next to the entrance are the novelties and children’s play corner, in the back of the room shell, the diverse selection of standard bathtubs. In the middle of the room, the former staircase is transformed into a “golden nugget”. This contains on the one hand brochure material, as well as pull-outs for the presentation of the shower trays and towards the training room the kitchen. The gold tone was used to echo the logo branding on the tubs.

The showroom is connected to the office by a window to reinforce the visual axes. The exterior of the building was dipped in a dark shade of blue with a horizontal band that already implements the keywords “well-being, sensuality and warmth” by means of imagery. It serves as an image carrier for the passing cars on the adjacent federal highway.
