ARCHITECTURE - RENOVATION - INTERIOR DESIGN - DESIGN - CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

relationship - art - love

The overall theme was a gentle renovation with special attention to the entrance area. In terms of substance, the first floor consisted of closed rooms with low floor heights.

In order to make the reception area more spacious, the opening in the load-bearing wall was enlarged so that the entrance area and reception visually merge into one.

To make the rooms in the entrance area appear higher, a luminous ceiling was used. On the front side, an image was placed over the entire wall surface to distract the visitor’s eye from the room height and create a different focal point.

On the other floors, we continued to incorporate the concept of images. The previous user created wash niches in the offices that were not visually or functionally necessary for office use. Here, we used sliding image walls that visually and functionally separate the washing niches from the work spaces.

The existing building is thus restaged by the architectural accents of light and image.
