INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE - DESIGN - CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION INTERIOR

Strolls - unwinding - looking at art

A penthouse apartment at the bottom of the Pöstlingberg, designed for an art collector. A connection between living space, surroundings and nature. Due to the many views in the different directions of the sky, the environment becomes tangible in the living space. For example, one can see the Pöstlingberg from the north terrace and the Danube from the east terrace.

The floor-to-ceiling windows support the view from the interior. The use of individual furniture fixtures in the open floor plan supports the spaciousness and also the light flooding of the apartment. The kitchen, as the central element of family life, is located between the living and dining areas. Here, quick meals are taken together, work is done together, because the children also like to help with the cooking and so the free-standing kitchen block was combined with a bar, which allows the children to participate in the preparation and cooking on bar stools.

A place for communication, which at the same time offers magnificent views. The staging of art and special pieces of furniture from different stages of life plays an important role in Space_L. The spaces are designed to support and highlight the art.
