The IV building was built 20 years ago in 1990. The renovation in 2010 was about making a touch up for the house of industry, as well as gaining more visibility with the building. The twisted cube of the original design was straightened and constructed entirely of black glass. The “interior” was kept in subtle natural colors. Beige, white and steel tones are used. The highlight inside is the staircase that leads to the event hall from the come together area. This stylistic element is additionally staged by the light installation. In 2020, the branding was renewed and the MINT campaign was integrated into the premises. Due to the timeless materials and furniture, these are still valid. In 2020, a new wall design was also integrated into the open office from 2010 on the office floor.
