Architecture: HNP architects ZT GmbH, Vienna Airport AG

The airport is a special place, which I always associate with arrival/departure – sharing joy/farewell and WAITING. An almost so-called non-place of the past. In the 2020’s these places have become transshipment points worldwide – be it for trade, commerce, industry and also art. In this case, an office location was created for a transport company. The conditions are optimal – easy to reach by plane, car and train. All features are preserved in the office complexes (shopping, dining, fitness and more). And now the task was to implement the company’s in-house parameters in an identity-forming way. Affinities with important export points coupled with the latest standards, transparency and privacy in the workplace.
